Let’s Collaborate
In addition to working with psychotherapy clients, we love doing media collaborations and supporting the development of new therapists through trainings, workshops, and group and individual supervision. My own divorce turned into a brand new career path – one that began with asking "why are therapists so bad around domestic violence?" and "how can I teach them to do less harm around this demographic?". 12 years later, I hold a PhD and have developed trainings and workshops for therapists on identifying and working with domestic and intimate partner violence. I teach about power and control dynamics, plus how therapists can help their clients navigate high conflict divorce. I also offer anti-racism trainings for white therapists around deconstructing whiteness in their practice to create an inclusive and aware environment for all.

I've had the pleasure of working on various collaborations throughout the years – public speaking engagements, media appearances and features, content collabs, and more. I'm always excited to discuss anything in the general realm of psychology and relationships, and am available as an expert witness on high conflict divorce and custody cases with history or allegations of domestic violence. Whether you're looking for clinical commentary for an article, a bold voice for your podcast, or want to create something totally different – I'd love to hear about it and see how we can partner.

During clinical supervision, I work one-on-one with practicum students, recent MFT graduates, and associate licensed clinicians to support and guide their professional development. I also provide meta-supervision for therapists who are pursuing their AAMFT approved supervisor status. After navigating my own path of pursuing my PhD for over a decade, I've become passionate about helping fellow therapists discover their unique strengths and how to apply them in practice.
